By utilizing a modular 3-pc design made from Type III Hard Coat anodized 6061-T6 aluminum, we are able to achieve an ultra robust system that can take the hits while being completely field serviceable. Our strongest-in-class lens is made from 3mm thick glass and able to withstand multiple shots of 5.56 Simunition rounds at close distance. Innovation
The REIN incorporates a number of innovative design features such as our patented Battery Jack system which secures the battery in place and prevents "battery bounce". This not only extends the lifespan and dependability of your system, but eliminates flicker under recoil found in other lights. This unique feature also allows the use of multiple length and style 18650 and CR123 batteries for whatever the situation may call for.
Our patented REIN switches employ a number of features that set them apart from the competition. For starters, every switch includes integrated cable management for clean, snag free cable routing. Our switches are also stronger in design and electrically isolated from the push-button tailcap. This means if there's ever a failure in the remote switch itself, the tailcap can be used as a backup solution. The tailcap cartridge is readily replaceable and facilitates "clocking," enabling you to reduce cable visibility without detaching the light's tail. By utilizing our REIN switches we are no longer limited by the power loss found in other tape switch designs.
